Rajesh Chathapuram | ラジェシュ・チャタプラム
Head Sensei, Okinawan Karate Club Frisco
Renshi Chathapuram's martial arts dream unfolded when he discovered OKCD in Farmers Branch, TX, in 2003. Enthralled by the artistry of martial disciplines, he immersed himself in training under the guidance of Hanshi Ilene Smoger, finding inspiration in every instructor at OKCD. In 2011, Rajesh earned his Shodan (1st dan) in Shorin Ryu Karate and Shudokan Karate. Presently holding the rank of Godan (5th degree black belt), he continues to evolve as a martial artist.

In 2016, Sensei Rajesh, alongside Sensei Wayne Murphy, co-founded Okinawan Karate Club of Frisco, where he holds the position of Head Sensei. His passion for martial arts extends to sharing knowledge and mentoring young practitioners through the SHOTE (small hands) youth and teens program at Lantana dojo.
