Sreeja Surisetti|スリージャ・スリセッティ
Sreeja Surisetti Sensei joined the Okinawan Karate Club of Frisco in 2018 at the age of eleven and has been a student for the past 8 years. Throughout her karate journey, Sreeja has learned not just physical techniques but valuable lessons in discipline, resilience, and leadership. As a student leader volunteer at the dojo, she enjoys mentoring younger students and fostering a sense of community. Outside the dojo, Sreeja works to balance academics and her passion as a classical dancer, applying discipline and perseverance learned through her training to other aspects of her life. Sreeja Sensei was awarded her Shodan (1st degree black belt) on Apr 5th, 2025 by Renshi Rajesh Chathapuram in both Shorin Ryu and Shudokan Karate.
